In Home Caregiver

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized in-home care to our clients
  • Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping, transportation
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided

Requirements:

  • WEEKDAY SHIFT (No Weekends)
  • Previous experience as a caregiver is REQUIRED
  • Compassionate and reliable individual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass a background check & drug screen

**Skills: **

  • Experience with systems and home community care
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and ADLs
  • Ability to work with clients with varying levels of care needs, including those in memory care and hospice care
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with assisted living and home health environments
  • Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and privacy

Job Type: Part-time 15hrs per week
